I am having trouble with a new Sanyo ductless split I installed. I usually do not use Sanyo (I prefer Fujitsu for a number of different reasons) but the application called for features that only the Sanyo seemed to offer. I tried to call tech-support several times and they actually make you leave a message and someone calls you back 4 hours later if your lucky. Of course when they call, I dont get to my phone in time and the process starts all over the next day. By the way Fujitsu's tech-support is superb. I would like to thank you guys in advance for any comments/suggestions you may have for me.
